Huvis Global is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Huvis. It was established for the purpose of Huvis’ foreign business
portfolio development through foreign subsidiary management and foreign investment including foreign joint venture
formation, foreign equity investment, and cross-border M&A.

Huvis Global seeks for foreign business opportunities and makes foreign investment for glocalization strategies in major markets including the United States, China, and Europe, in order to enhance and create synergy with technical/business capability of Huvis’ polyester business. In addition, Huvis Global serves as an investment platform for Huvis to generate investment opportunities for new businesses in order to develop future growth engines.
